Columbus Area Mensa's monthly games night will take place at the hotel

Food Safety
  There will be a four-hour food safety course taught by a licensed sanitarian.  The course will be geared specifically towards the way food is often prepared for RGs:
  • Prepare large amounts in our home kitchens
  • Freeze until the RG
  • Thaw and then heat to serve

He will discuss the most common food-borne illnesses as well as what kinds of things are most likely to go wrong and how to prevent them.

 

Test Session
  Encourage your friends to come test while pending proctors can get their training!
